Terms of Service

Offers Calendars is a trading name of Octarine Studio, a sole trader based in England. These terms apply when you use Offers Calendars.

The service

The public website currently includes a product demonstration. Features and plans may change while the service is in development. A purchase is only available where a plan is clearly offered at checkout. We will show the price and what is included before you pay.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account details secure and make sure information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or interfere with its operation.

Third-party integrations

The service may let you connect third-party accounts, including Shopify and, when available, Klaviyo, Google Analytics or Meta. You authorize us to access the connected account and to make the requests or send the information you configure in the service. You must have authority to connect the account, keep its details accurate, and follow the third party's terms. You can disconnect an account in the service; disconnection stops future access, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain.

You are responsible for deciding whether to enable tracking on your calendar or website, providing visitors with appropriate privacy information, and obtaining any consent required before non-essential cookies, pixels or similar technologies are used. Do not configure an integration to send information you are not entitled to share. We remain responsible for our own data protection obligations when providing the service; these terms do not transfer those obligations to you.

Third-party services are operated by their own providers and may change or become unavailable. Their processing of information they receive is governed by their own terms and privacy information. We do not control those providers' services or promise their continued availability.

Purchases, cancellation and refunds

Plans are one-off purchases, not recurring subscriptions. You can preview your calendar before paying. If you change your mind, contact us for a full refund before you publish or otherwise use the purchased publishing entitlement. Once you choose to publish and the entitlement has been used, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they are not excluded by these terms. If we make digital content available during a statutory cancellation period and the law permits that right to end when supply begins, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement before supply begins.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to provide the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. If you use the service for business, our liability is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from our breach, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops and will publish the current version here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections in the part of the UK where you live.
